再见了Flex~！

写于7月9日2008年的晚上

终于在今天结束了倒数计划，就是要跟Flex~的同事们说声再见的时候了！
无多的感触，就是很平淡地度过了这一天！

对我这个重感情的人来说，少许的不舍是无可否认的，觉得也无须去掩饰什么。
（美人谷的飘飘，就让你尽情的笑我吧！哈哈！我就是那么容易地被感动。）

有人一早便对我说：“怎样？最后一天了哦，终于可以脱离苦海咯！”
我笑笑地说：“逃离了这苦海，或许再跳进了一个枯井也说不定，没什么脱离苦海不苦海的啦！”

人往往就是如此，当你还在工作岗位时，不就是嫌这不好，就是嫌那很烦，事事都好像不尽人意，但当你选择离开的时候，才发现原来身边的一些事，一些人都变得美好了。或许就是想把好的回忆带走吧？还是在自欺欺人？鱼仔我，心情就是很矛盾。

就让我回顾一下自己工作的历程吧，或许下次的工作，我就不会那么懵懵懂懂的。

在2006年1月3日踏入那时还叫Sh字头的制造业工厂时，心情就是莫名的很兴奋，因Sh字工厂还算是间MNC（跨国公司），年终花红定拿得到，最重要的，两个大原因吸引我的，就是有厂车接送，还是那种从我柔佛的住家直通新加坡的工厂，这可省了我一大笔的交通费和时间，另一个原因是我终于能以一个永久员工的身份为一间公司服务了。

哈哈！就只因这两个大原因，我便离开了之前做了将近四年的中小型公司！或许在那四年，都是以合约性质地被派到分别两间也算是大公司（NTU 南大和Ericsson/ Sony Ericson）工作，心中就是有种寄人篱下的感觉，觉得为何他人的福利如此优厚，听说一个书记的月薪都有新币三千多了，反观自己，就是那种郁郁不得志的下人，没花红，工资还被扣了两关。

在服务业，顾客至上的道理，虽曾在当过服务生知道了，但在这四年，我有了更深的体会，因此对他们的要求都尽量做足，再多的不满，也不能尽显在言行中，也因如此，学会了所谓的交际甚于技术上的知识，学会了要如何面对刁难的“顾客”。在形形色色的人们中，我认识很多人，也因工作的关系，整间公司从CEO到普通书记，我都无人不晓，哈哈！甚至坐过CEO的椅子哩。。。呵呵，但感觉就是不好，压力好大！好处就是在别人的公司上班无须看老板的脸色，有时的确还蛮自由的。

这四年里，虽认识了很多人，却不代表朋友多， 或许做我们这一行的，团队成员不是很多（就是两个至五个这样），也或许不想顾客对自己有过份的“非分之想”，不知是有意或是无意的，就是跟他们有种距离感，不知是自己的自卑或谦卑所致，或是跟他们目标不一样，而没有那种出生入死的情谊，想多了。。

反观在Sh字工厂工作后的一年多后，便看着它从Sh字公司演变成了So字公司，再不到半年的时间，又从So变成了现在的Flex~。惊人的人事变迁，繁重的改革过程，有时还得忍受老板娘的情绪化，渐渐觉得在大公司，面对着四百多人的问题，我开始已应付不来，也觉得自己的情绪也变得极度爆躁！

纵使有了出生入死的情谊，尽管它的花红有如此好，无论它有厂车接送，有老板娘和大雄哥哥的挽留，或许有人说我已有些些江湖地位，还会有升职的机会，到了最后，我还是选择了走人！

选了一份跟之前六年多工作性质有稍微不一样的工作，一间小公司，面对这未知数，就是抱着去闯闯的态度！

或许我不再年轻，但只是觉得我该好好把握这样的机会！不想让自己有所遗憾。
虽然今天好多人看到我发出的离职的电邮，打电话来问我为何突然不干了，为何不跟他们说，觉得好意外等等。。。心情就是有点感动啦！至少之前付出的，得来的回报就是如此的问候。

想放上你们的一些祝福（虽然你们都看不到）来监督自己，下一份工作，要好好地做了！看到的如大雄哥哥和Mr Bean，谢谢你们啦，这段日子得忍受我的臭屁气！写着写着，竟然就这样跨过了我的32。。。顺祝世界和平！还有我年年样子都如此地像二十多岁。。哈哈！
